What is the Coastal Trail (Kystled)?

There is budget accommodation for everyone along the Coastal Trail at the coastline of the region Lister in Southern Norway. The intention is to give the public the chance to experience the skerries and nature of the region, and learn more about the culture of the people who once lived here.

The standard of the accommodation is basic. Everybody will need to clean the cabin before they leave. This secures the budget price to rent! The size of the cabins vary and range from two beds to enough space to accommodate an entire school class.

KystledTo ensure that most people have a chance to rent the cabins, there is a 7-day limit. If you wish you may rent a new cabin somewhere else for another seven days!

The Coastal Trail «Kystled» in the Lister region encompasses the coastal municipalities of Flekkefjord, Kvinesdal, Farsund and Lyngdal. The branded trail was established in the summer of 2013.

We hope the trail will inspire people to do more outdoor recreation along the coast and get to know more of the region’s beautiful skerries.
