On Lista the kiting conditions are very good with mostly onshore winds. You’ll find several good kite spots here, both for beginners and for more experienced kiters.

- The innermost part of the bay at Husebysanden (sandy beach)
- Havik - middle part (sandy beach)
- Kviljosanden and Nesheimsanden (sandy beach)
- Markaområdet (pebble)
- Tjørveneset (pebble)
- At the breakwater at Borhaug including Pisserenna (NB: Only for experienced kiters!)
Please respect the prohibition against wind and water sports in Bird Conservation Areas. This includes Einarsneset, parts of Havika, Kviljoodden and Nordhasselvika including Bausje.
