Getting there:
From Fv43 in Birkeland in Hægebostad, take in towards Røydland and Kvinesdal. The trail starts at Bakken, about 1.2 km after the crossing at Lykke bru.

From Kvinesdal the trail begins at Bø, about 3.2 km up the road towards Birkeland from Moi in Kvinesdal.
