INSTESTØLLØYPA

To get to Instestølløypa, first go to Hønedalen or Sesilåmitrasèen at the road barrier in Hønedalen. Then follow Finnstølløpåpa for a bit before heading up to Instestølløypa. The trail starts at Hønetjødn, beginning with a climb to get to the top of Instestøl. It is slightly hilly from here to Ognheller.  During Easter it’s possible to continue on to Falkedalsløpa via Jogledalen to Fidjeland.
