Tour description: The first part of the route goes up the steep forest road that rises up the mountain side of Lindeland. Calculate 20 min on the approximately 200 altitude increase to the end of the forest road. At about 400 meters, the forest road crosses to a path, follow this until you reach a signposted road crossing. Turn left and follow the marked trail towards Midtstøl upwards (southern direction). After about 10 minutes, the road turns to the west, then southwest, so you walk parallel to the gap on your left hand. The path here goes alternately on grass and mountains and you can see stone fences along the trail from earlier times. After about 20 minutes, the trail divides, you will continue on the marked trail to Midtstøl towards a small altitude. Here you come to an old stone fence and you leave the trail towards Midtstøl and go north west, first in a bow to the right, to avoid the steep mountain edges in the valley trail 150 meters further ahead. Sea view is on your left hand, and it's about making your own way up in the north-west direction between the rock and the small bushes. You see Midtstøl and the ponds on the left hand, and have to calculate about 40 minutes on the 200 altitude to the top. From the top you have 360 degree views of Sirdalsheiane and all the way to the coast!
